		<description>Wow I wish I could write so positively about life in the Vietnam era military.

I think the most positive thing I could say is that I&#039;ve learned that even severe post-traumatic-stress-disorder gets better with time--even completely untreated.&#039; 

So to increase my mental health today I&#039;ll remember that the most disruptive parts of my fathers&#039; PTSD seem to have passed at about 25-30 years after the fact.  Time heals.  Maybe there are accelerators I&#039;ll run into.</description>
